Data controller
Andrea Lluch Cruz is the controller of the personal data related to Eniun PC Lab.
Contact: info@eniun.com
What data we collect
Eniun PC Lab does not require registration and has no user accounts for using the simulator. Subscribing to new lab alerts is optional.
You can explore the workshop and do the labs without providing any personal data.
If you choose to subscribe to new lab alerts, your email address will be collected.
Subscription
The subscription is managed through Mailrelay.
Your email address will be used only to let you know when we publish new Eniun PC Lab labs.
Subscribing requires email confirmation through double opt-in and is based on your consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in the emails you receive or by writing to info@eniun.com.
Your email address will be kept for as long as your subscription remains active.
The external form only loads when you ask to subscribe.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Webempresa. Like any server, it keeps technical records of visits (for example, the IP address, the page requested and the date) for operation and security purposes. These records are not used to identify you or to build profiles.
The simulator and its images are served from this same domain. The Simple Analytics script is loaded for usage statistics.
Usage statistics
We use Simple Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used: pages visited, traffic sources and general device and browser characteristics. According to the provider's documentation, the service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics, does not keep IP addresses and does not use persistent identifiers or fingerprinting to track people. The data is hosted in the European Union.
We do not send your saved assembly progress to this service. You can find more information in the Simple Analytics privacy documentation.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
For the labs to work, the browser saves some data on your own device:
- Lab progress (local storage or localStorage): which step you have reached in each lab, so you can continue later.
- Navigation between the workshop and the labs (session storage or sessionStorage): temporary data for returning to the workshop from a lab. It is deleted when you close the tab.
This data contains no personal information, is not sent to any server and is necessary for the functionality you request, so it does not require consent. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings; if you do, the labs will start from the beginning.
The subscription form is managed by Mailrelay and may use the technical mechanisms needed for it to work and to protect against spam. It currently uses a hidden anti-spam field (honeypot).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If we use non-essential cookies that require consent in the future, we will ask for it before using them.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@eniun.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Your progress and privacy enquiries
We have no account or personal history of your assemblies to consult or delete. Lab progress is saved only on your device: you can reset it from the lab or clear this site's data in your browser.
For any privacy enquiry, you can write to info@eniun.com. If you write to us, we will use your address and the content of your message to reply to your enquiry.
